  • Blockchain transaction data

Blockchain transactions are publicly visible. Wallet addresses may nevertheless qualify as personal data if they can be linked to an identifiable individual.

  • purchase SAT Tokens

  • use the Platform
  • connect a wallet
  • complete identity verification (KYC)

Technical information may also be collected automatically through cookies, server logs and security systems.

11. Blockchain Data

Blockchain records are immutable and cannot be deleted. Even if personal data is deleted from our systems, transaction records may remain permanently stored on the blockchain.


12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party wallet providers, infrastructure providers or analytics services. We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.


13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version will always be published on the Platform.
